There are no set expectations and you can do and share as little or as much as you like. You are welcome to sit, journal, listen, be and enjoy the company of other women without judgement.
You don’t need to bring anything in particular other than anything that might make you extra comfortable.
PS: If we’re lucky and the weather allows, we might be able to gather outdoors!
