🌙Stara is a project that focuses on women's wellness through holistic therapies, women's circles, rituals and much more.
We believe that by being united in spaces like these where we can share our passions and learn from others, we will grow in our spiritual path, changing the course of our lives and the women around us, for a healthy mental and physical future.

🌙In order to shift global perspectives and interactions from a masculine competition based system to an egalitarian, communal, and nurturing system, we need divine feminine energy in our leadership roles. As always we should clarify that both men and women all embody some combination of masculine and feminine energy traits, and the energies are not exclusive to genders. But under a patriarchal society we tend to value masculine energies/ values and ways of leading more than feminine.
If we truly hope to make a lasting impact on making the world around us better, we must begin by bettering ourselves, and for women this can be facilitated by regularly communing with like minded women to help heal our wounds, build each other up, and collaborate on bettering our communities.

Women’s circles offer empowering connection, community, and a refuge of trust and love.
A women’s circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together, use their voices, be heard and be seen. Women throughout history have gathered in circles to empower each other and share wisdom. These affirming community gatherings help women get in touch with their feminine strength and turn up their positive vibration✨

Our themes go from self-love, feminine energy, holistic therapies, DYI, Tarot, energy, Women's health and so much more..
We also have monthly FULL MOON & NEW MOON RITUALS✨

🌙Stara es un proyecto que se enfoca en el bienestar de la mujer por medio de terapias holísticas, círculos de mujeres, rituales y mucho mas.
Creemos que al estar unidas en espacios como estos en los que podemos compartir nuestras pasiones y aprender de otras, creceremos en nuestro camino espiritual, cambiando asi el rumbo de nuestras vidas y de las mujeres que nos rodean, por un futuro saludable mental y físico.

🌙Para cambiar las perspectivas e interacciones globales de un sistema basado en la competencia masculina a un sistema igualitario, comunitario y nutritivo, necesitamos la energía divina femenina en nuestros roles de liderazgo. Como siempre, debemos aclarar que tanto los hombres como las mujeres encarnan alguna combinación de rasgos energéticos masculinos y femeninos, y las energías no son exclusivas de los géneros. Pero en una sociedad patriarcal tendemos a valorar más las energías/valores masculinos y las formas de liderar que las femeninas.
Si realmente esperamos tener un impacto duradero para mejorar el mundo que nos rodea, debemos empezar por mejorarnos a nosotras mismas, y en el caso de las mujeres esto puede facilitarse mediante la comunión regular con mujeres de ideas afines para ayudar a curar nuestras heridas, construirnos mutuamente y colaborar en la mejora de nuestras comunidades.

Ofrecemos diferentes temas de círculos durante el mes, cada semana un tema diferente.

Los círculos de mujeres ofrecen una conexión empoderadora, una comunidad y un refugio de confianza y amor.
Un círculo de mujeres es un espacio seguro y sagrado para que las mujeres se reúnan, hagan uso de su voz, sean escuchadas y sean vistas. A lo largo de la historia, las mujeres se han reunido en círculos para empoderarse mutuamente y compartir su sabiduría. Estas reuniones comunitarias de afirmación ayudan a las mujeres a ponerse en contacto con su fuerza femenina y a aumentar su vibración positiva.

Nuestros temas van desde el amor propio, la energía femenina, las terapias holísticas, el bricolaje, el tarot, la energía, la salud de la mujer y mucho más.
