What’s in a program?
•Opening of the circle - manifestation of your intention and discussion of the topic and what it means for you;
•Meditation, called to build and strengthen your connection to yourself
•Gentle flow meditation with intuitive dancing practice;
•Short break with healthy snacks;
•Practice to boost your creativity from our guest expert;
•Deep relaxation meditation. It will allow you to release all the stress and tension;
•Closing of the circle ceremony, each one of you will reflect on the processes she went through during the circle;
•Metaphoric cards as a little key to your future intention;
•Q&A
A truly elevating time with likeminded women, wearing a beautiful dress,
and taking time for Yourself. Plus safe, supportive and encouraging space that I will be creating for you.
