This is the first online Expert Exchange by Women's Coffee Network, a pitch-free community where women of every age and field meet as people, not titles. Join us for one hour with Dr. Daniela Avila Varela, psychologist (PhD) and one of our core members in Barcelona, on how perfectionism holds professional women back.

☕ Who is it for
Any woman, of any age and field, wherever you live. You don't need to have been to one of our gatherings before. It's women only, so we can talk about working life our own way, and it's in English, because we come from many countries.
🌟 What to expect
For the first half, our expert guest shares the research on why we hold ourselves back and what it means for us at work and at home.
For the second half, you choose. With your camera on, you talk it through with other women in a small breakout room. With your camera off, you stay with Daniela while she answers questions from the chat.
Our guest experts all come from inside the community, and nobody sells anything. There's no recording.
