About us

Hosted by A Call to Spirit, this is a monthly gathering for women seeking meaningful connection, grounded support, and space to reset in the midst of busy, full lives.

In today’s world, many women are holding a lot—personally, professionally, emotionally—often without a place to truly exhale. And while we’ve normalized doing life on our own, the truth is:

We are not meant to regulate alone.

Research continues to show that supportive, in-person connection plays a vital role in mental and emotional well-being. When we feel seen, heard, and supported, the nervous system begins to settle—and from there, everything else becomes more accessible.

This circle was created as a space to come back into that kind of connection.

What to Expect:

Each monthly gathering is a guided, small-group experience designed to feel welcoming, grounded, and intentional.
While each month offers a unique theme, sessions may include:
• gentle grounding and breathwork
• simple nervous system regulation practices
• meaningful, facilitated conversation
• time for reflection and integration

No experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Who This Is For:

This space is for women who:
• are craving deeper, more meaningful connection
• feel they are often “holding it all together” for others
• are navigating stress, transition, or personal growth
• want a space where they don’t have to perform or overgive

***

This is not a casual social meetup. It is a thoughtfully facilitated space where women come together with intention—to pause, reconnect, and support one another.

Many women leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more supported.

About the Host:
