2:00 PM | Arrival & Chai Coffee Run Find us! We will be grabbing a large table at the main level. Grab your favourite morning drink and find a seat to say hello!
2:45 PM | Welcome & Quick Intros The organiser will give a brief, casual welcome. We'll facilitate one or two simple, fun icebreaker questions to help everyone start chatting naturally.
3:00 PM | Mingle & Munch Optional: If you like, bring a favourite holiday cookie or small treat to share! (Totally optional—no pressure if you don't bake!) We'll spend this time moving around, mixing, and getting to know each other over coffee and treats.
3:45 PM | Wrap-Up & Next Event Tease Final chance to exchange contact info and chat about your holiday plans. We'll announce the theme for our next event!
