Step, chat, and sip with fellow ladies! Join the Ladies Steps & Sips Society for a walk followed by a post-walk coffee or tea. This is a great way to move your body, meet new friends, and enjoy a little wellness in your weekend. All fitness levels are welcome!

  • Water bottle
  • Positive vibes!
