Join Joanie, founder of RevelEleven, for her annual Intention Setting Workshop in celebration of the Fall Equinox.
As we cross the threshold into a new season, the Fall Equinox invites us to slow down, reflect, and realign. What are you ready to release as you make space for what truly nourishes your spirit? What intentions do you want to set for the next few months?
Bring your journal and an open heart as we pause to honor the lessons of the past season and set thoughtful intentions for the next 90 days leading up to the Winter Solstice. We will spend a majority of the time journaling – think of it as giving yourself a great gift – the gift of time.
Rooted in self-reflection and personal clarity, this workshop will help you enter the season with intention, grace, and grounded purpose.
As an offering to our community, we record our events and post them online. When you join our events on Zoom you are giving consent to be recorded.

- Reclaiming You: How Trauma Lives in the Body—and How to Let It GoLink visible for attendees
Everyone has some type of trauma. And did you know our bodies hold on to that emotion? Our bodies are smart and so smart in fact that they can actually help you heal.
Dr Aimie Apigain will help us uncover how trauma imprints on the body at a cellular level and learn how to navigate the path to whole-body healing. Gaining clarity on how our bodies hold onto experiences, impacting both our physical health and our ability to maintain healthy behaviors and relationships, is crucial.
Author of the new book, The Biology of Trauma: How the Body Holds Fear, Pain, and Overwhelm, and How to Heal It, Dr Aimie will discuss the science of trauma and the biology of recovery. It will be a powerful discussion to prevent trauma-induced changes that suppress the cycle of recovery and how to work with your nervous system to safely heal.
About the Speaker: Aimie Apigian, MD, MS, MPH, is a trainer, speaker and physician, double board-certified in preventive and addiction medicine with a masters degrees in biochemistry and public health. Beyond her conventional medical and surgical training, Dr. Aimie has training in Psychosomatic Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Mental Health Nutrition. Her original inspiration came from her experience as a foster-adoptive mom during medical school. Dr. Aimie is also the host of the Biology of Trauma® Podcast. You can find her on YouTube, Instagram or her website.

*Signing up via Meetup does NOT mean you are registered - please use the link above to register. We all reach moments where we feel ready for something — a shift, a new direction, or simply a deeper connection to what matters most. But how do we move forward with clarity? This fall, join RevelEleven founder Joanie Parsons for a 12-week journey designed to help you set powerful intentions, stay focused, and create meaningful momentum in your next chapter.
Over the course of three months — or three “chapters” — you’ll choose one intention each month to focus on. Through weekly group sessions, journaling prompts and real-time support from a small, intimate group of women (limited to 11 women), you’ll start to uncover what you really want… and how to move toward it with confidence and clarity.
We'll gather Monday mornings at 8:00 a.m. PST, starting September 29 through the week of December 15. These gentle but energizing sessions will set the tone for your week and help you stay grounded in your goals.
Whether your next chapter is about career, creativity, health, relationships, or something still forming — this is your space to explore it with intention and community. For more information on our community, our online and in-person events and retreats, please visit us at RevelEleven

What if one simple message could change the course of someone's day - or even their life?
Andrea Driessen, TED speaker and creator of the global Gracenotes movement, believes it can. Andrea has built a mission - and a deeply moving TED Talk with over 2 million views - on this very idea.
In a time when so many of us feel unseen, unheard, or undervalued, Gracenotes offer a meaningful way to reconnect with ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities. These living eulogies are expressions of appreciation shared now, while we can still celebrate and honor each other in real time.
Join us for a transformative conversation with Andrea as she shares what sparked this movement, why telling people they matter shouldn’t have to wait, and how we can all bring more meaning, connection, and purpose into our everyday lives.
You’ll leave feeling inspired, grounded, and empowered with tangible ways to create your own Gracenotes and uplift those around you. Because sometimes, all it takes is just one person.
About the speaker: Andrea Driessen is a viral TED speaker and creator of the global Gracenotes movement—“eulogies for the living.” A 3x award‑winning author and entrepreneur, she inspires audiences with her simple yet powerful idea: we can express how people matter now, before it’s too late. Her TED Talk on gratitude and living eulogies has reached over 2 million viewers. Based in Seattle, Andrea is also a longtime hospice volunteer, featured in a short film, and provides interactive keynote and workshop experiences designed to foster meaning, belonging, and connection in workplaces and communities across the globe.
