Want to sex up your sex life? Maybe your desire has faded or simply don’t have that drive you used to. But what if your sexuality is simply evolving?

In her newest book, You Could Be Having Better Sex (to be released February 3), Dr. Nicole McNichols invites us to understand our sexuality with compassion, curiosity, and science. Dr. McNichols translates complex research into real-life insights that help women rebuild confidence, deepen intimacy, and experience pleasure in more meaningful ways.

Dr. McNichols will discuss:

  • - How to reconnect with your sexual self and why this matters more than ever
    - What really fuels desire, especially as our bodies and relationships evolve
    - The “pleasure cycle” and how to work with it rather than fight it
    - How to navigate mismatched libidos, long-term partnerships, dating apps, and more
    - The freedom that comes from understanding your fantasies, your boundaries, and your unique erotic blueprint

Whether you’re single, in a relationship, dating, redefining, or simply curious, this event offers a judgment-free space to reconnect with your authentic desires and reimagine what a joyful, healthy sexual life can look like.

Bring your questions, your curiosity, and your most authentic self.
