★What is an open round table discussion?★

An open round table discussion is a meeting format where participants gather to discuss a specific topic in an informal and collaborative setting. Unlike traditional presentations, where a speaker dominates the conversation, an open round table encourages active participation from everyone.
It has:

• Flexible Agenda: While there might be a general theme or a few key topics, the conversation can evolve naturally based on the participants' input and curiosity. This makes it adaptable and dynamic.
• Interactive and Collaborative: The emphasis is on sharing ideas, brainstorming solutions, and learning from each other. Participants might bring in their experiences, challenges, or insights, fostering a rich exchange of knowledge.
• Open-ended Discussion: Since the format is open, the discussion can explore different perspectives without the pressure to reach a final conclusion. It’s more about exploring ideas and learning than finding a definitive answer.
