I am down 60 pounds since June 9. Optimizing Nutrition is the program I am on which you can google. It is the best and works for anyone. It is simple, basically high protein, low fat, low carb. Challenge is palatability and I have mastered it with smoking, grilling and spice. If you have a better idea please bring it. I am still in perimenopause turns out...
