About us
We are a 501(c)(19) Nonprofit Veteran Organization that serves, honors, and empowers Women Veterans from all eras and branches of service. We provide opportunities to network, socialize, volunteer, and give back to the Veteran community while bringing public awareness to the specific issues of Women Veterans.
We are a membership organization who welcomes women Veterans and those females still serving on Active Duty, Reserves, and Guard. Our annual dues are $25 a year. This helps us with keeping this meetup account, paying for our P.O. Box, paying for our .org website, and other administrative fees.
We try to hold events for every woman Veteran....from coffees, ladies nights out, and running/walking in 5ks...to volunteering with the Salvation Army, supporting homeless women Veterans, and our newest initiative in providing camaraderie and sisterhood to the forgotten women Veterans in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities.
We are always on the lookout for new, interesting, and fun events. Come out to have fun, socialize, network and meet other women who are like minded and share your experiences.

WVSA Texas Women Veterans Day
Wayland Baptist University, 8300 Pat Booker Rd, Live Oak, TX, USOur WVSA Texas Women Veterans Day is back! And of course we need lots of assistance to make this event a success! Looking for assistance with setup, tear down, door prizes, swag/raffle ticket sales, and more! We do not have a lunch sponsor yet, but are working it. We do have a DJ and are signing up non profits for the vendor tables! Also seeking vet affiliated sponsors, swag bag items, door prizes!

This was sooo fun last year-and will be even bigger this year! And this year's guest speaker is SFC (ret) LaToya Green, who also spoke at the women veteran calendar launch-she is phenomenal!
