Military Women's Memorial Living Legend Presentation

Join Octavia Harris and other women veterans as she presents a Living Legend Proclamation to SGT Victoria Franco, who served as a woman Marine and is 100 years young! This coveted award is given to honor the service and sacrifices of women who served their country honorably and blazed the trail for others to follow!

We will meet out front of the Frank Tejada Veterans Home in Floresville, and all walk in together. Feel free to wear your WVSA shirts or any women veteran apparel!
