Jacqueline Berger, Data Scientist @ Frequentis
Originally a petroleum engineer from Vienna, Austria, Jacqueline transitioned into data science and informatics, overcoming the challenges of such a drastic career change. In addition to her role as a data scientist, she strongly advocates for women in STEM, volunteering for organizations encouraging female involvement in these fields and acting as a mentor. Her journey symbolizes breaking stereotypes, advocating for diversity, and empowering women in tech through community and collaboration.
Maria Werchota, Consultant @ Werchota Consulting
While holding a Ph.D. in Mathematics, Maria has dedicated her career to talent development across Russia, Europe, and Africa. Transitioning from data acquisition and analytics to capital-intensive operations and then to talent management in a leading oil & gas service company, Maria has played a pivotal role in global HR transformation. After a double maternity leave, Maria found her passion in serving as a Personal Development Coach, guiding people's life satisfaction and growth. She explores the intersection of technology, yoga, and meditation to unlock personal superpowers that will stay relevant in the AI era.
Malcolm Werchota, Consultant @ Werchota Consulting
A co-founder of Coating, Malcolm is a pioneering force in generative AI with a strong understanding of change management across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Healthcare, and Coating. His expertise spans Europe and Africa, where he has transformed businesses by deploying innovative AI solutions.
