People, Process, Technology: What is Knowledge Management?
Details
Knowledge Management is the curation of tools, processes, and practices that make it easier to find the right information, at the right time. While your company or organization may not have a team solely dedicated to managing knowledge or information, you have likely encountered aspects of knowledge management in your career: from following file naming conventions to contributing articles to a knowledge base, or from organizing files in a Google Drive to sharing lessons learned with your team. This presentation will provide a high-level overview of knowledge management at work, leveraging people, processes, and technology to achieve information-finding goals to drive impact to internal and external customers alike.
