Women Who Code Cincinnati is excited to host an in-person talk and workshop by Emily Egan at Tech Elevator to help you improve your resume and interviewing skills.
Event Overview
First, a 30 Minute Talk to learn all about the different types of interview processes and common questions. We'll go into what should go into your resume and how it should be formatted. Afterwards, we'll host a resume workshop where you can bring in your resume to be reviewed by senior developers and designers.
- Discover the myths surrounding resumes and how to create an effective one.
- Learn all about interview basics--common questions, processes, etc.
- Gain insight about behavioral interview questions and how to prepare for them.
- Learn about the different types of technical interviews in Design and Development.
- Get answers to your burning job search questions during our Q&A session.

Emily Egan
Emily is a Senior UX Designer and Developer with over 10 years of experience. She has a passion for social good and having a positive impact. Currently she works for Edible and she’s also a Director for Women Who Code Cincinnati. Beyond her professional life she enjoys gaming, hiking, and photography.
