Caree Youngman is a Senior Engineering Manager at Stitch Fix who got her start as a self-taught front end engineer after dropping out of college. She volunteered with Women Who Code’s Dallas-Fort Worth chapter as a regional director from 2016-2020, and is now on the Board of Vets Who Code, a non-profit organization that teaches veterans to code. When she’s not working or volunteering, she’s hanging out with her husband and two children. -

Molly King is a Senior Engineering Manager at Target with roughly 8 years of experience as an Android engineer. Outside of work she enjoys baking, watching her husband play baseball, and volunteering with the Austin Animal Center. -

Seetha is a Mobile Engineering Manager at Cash App, and has a background in Android development. She cares deeply about building inclusive teams, mentorship, improving culture for engineering teams, and crafting solutions out of ambiguity. She has spoken at multiple conferences such as droidconSF and Women Who Code on various topics. In her free time, Seetha enjoys staying outdoors as much as possible. -

Stefanie is an established leader in the tech industry with two decades of experience, presently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Mason in Seattle. She's widely recognized for creating CyanogenMod, an aftermarket operating system for Android devices, which she later built a VC-backed startup around and served as CTO. Outside of work, Stefanie is an avid skater and plays flat-track roller derby. She also loves dance and producing electronic music, while balancing it all with 3 kids in the mix.
