OUR MC: Elizabeth Adeyemo
Elizabeth is a Research & Content Graduate at inclusio. Elizabeth has a masters degree in Political Communication from DCU and a Civil Law degree from Maynooth. After nine months of working in the People Science department at inclusio, Elizabeth now covers content within the Marketing department at inclusio.

Designing accessible means designing for all. We’ll show you how simple shifts in your mindset can make you think, and act more inclusively. With conscious actions, you can improve the overall usability of your designs and this will enable you to reach a larger audience.

About Gabriella Lubambo
Gabriella Lubambo (She/Her) is a trilingual UX/UI Designer. With a wealth of experience in working abroad and dealing with cultural diversity, Gabriella is passionate about promoting and supporting Equity, Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace. As head of design at inclusio, a culture platform bringing diversity and inclusion to businesses, Gabriella is determined to contribute to D&I by making designs more accessible.
TALK 2: Working with a remote & multinational team from Arthur Lubambo
We have never been so connected around the world as we are now. Workplaces with diverse nationalities and cultures are more common than ever. In this presentation, I will share some personal experiences and reflections on the challenges and benefits involving remote and multinational teams.
About Arthur Lubambo:
Arthur is the Director of Engineering and co- founder at inclusio. Arthur is an exceptional leader with 9 years' experience in Software Engineering leading global technical teams. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, Natural Language Processing, Data Science, Games, and Software Engineering, he is passionate about leading multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and disruptive solutions which have a far-reaching impact in the world. Arthur believes Technology should be built for human, societal and environmental wellbeing. He thinks together, we can make a better world, where everyone feels respected and included.
