Yoga Morning Session with Women Who Code!
Details
Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.
Other physical benefits of yoga include:

In this session, we'll learn a 25 minutes morning warm-up, improve flexibility and get a good mood for the long productive day!
