Sumeyya is a computer science graduate who has previously worked as a junior web developer. Looking to return to tech, she is working on various project-building tasks and is eager to share her expertise through volunteering and hackathons. Passionate about accessibility to tech, especially for women and disabled persons, Sumeyya tries to achieve this by being a part of Educating Beyond Borders and Women Who Code.
To power off, Sumeyya enjoys learning about cultural history, architecture, reading and staying fit with Pilates and beginner archery.
Rajani Rao LinkedIn
Rajani is a Principal Engineer at U-Blox, a global leader in positioning and wireless communication technologies. In her role, Rajani is responsible for the development and commercialization of Location, Security and IoT solutions. As a certified AWS Solutions Architect, Rajani designs highly available, scalable and serverless services in the Cloud. Her work has been instrumental in the development of several U-Blox web services. She has over 20 years of software and engineering experience in companies including Philips, NXP Semiconductors and Geotate. She is passionate about technology and science and an advocate for women in STEM.
She enjoys reading books on leadership and personal development.
