Women Who Code London invites everyone to the panel discussion “Navigating Challenges with Mentorship“.
The discussion will explore the difficulties women encounter in the tech industry and delve into the impactful role mentors play in overcoming these challenges. Our distinguished panel of industry experts and successful women in tech will share personal experiences, offer valuable insights, and discuss effective mentorship strategies.
The audience will have an opportunity to ask questions and engage in the discussion!

Aishwarya Nair, Data Scientist at Trivago
An experienced Data Scientist who likes to develop business ideas into implementable solutions by leveraging the power of Technology. Professional with 5+ years of experience in NLP, Computer Vision and Recommender models. Motivated by the challenge of working in cross-functional teams and leading projects from beginning to end. Passionate about mentoring and inspiring young women in the field of STEM.
Monal Sanghvi, Engineering Leader
Monal is a technology leader with over a decade of experience building software products. A collaborative software engineer at heart, Monal enjoys bringing delightful user experiences to life through architecting operationally excellent software. She is passionate about building motivated engineering teams and coaching product-focused cross-functional teams.
Stephanie Senoner
Senior Software Engineer at Zopa
Coming from a non-technical background I made the switch to tech 6 years ago by doing a coding bootcamp in Barcelona. Since starting as a Software Engineer I was always keen to keep learning and support others in their journey. I have work experience in a startup and consulting agency and worked across different stacks. I recently completed my dissertation, focussing on creating an engaging learning application to learn JavaScript using AI. Now I’m a Senior Software Engineer at Zopa, and enjoy working with other like-minded developers to solve problems and create great experiences for users.
Irina Kamalova
Irina is a Director of Women Who Code London and a Senior Backend Software Engineer at Revolut.
Her experience as a Software Engineer included working with large projects, search engines, distributed systems, performance issues, and huge data storage.
She’s working at Revolut and building a platform for retail products. That includes support services to handle our 30 million clients, handle huge throughput and provide law latency for data flow. Irina constantly helps her team to tackle the extra mile and help the company to improve an intervening process, onboarding new hires, navigating interns and running knowledge-sharing activities. As a cherry on top, she helped to launch the inner Revolut Women Guild “RevWomen”.

With over 15 years of experience, Madhura leads team of software engineers to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions for the EV market. She is passionate about creating innovative products and exploring new concepts, leveraging emerging technologies. Beyond her professional pursuits, she champions the empowerment of women in technology, actively participating in learning initiatives and fostering a culture of idea exchange within the tech community.
