Join us for a fun Ruby Workshop, hosted by Pivotal!
What we're covering
In this tutorial we will be covering more Ruby topics such as - reading and writing files, making HTTP requests and more!
Don't worry if you are a beginner, there will be coaches to help you as well as a Ruby 101 tutorial to try out.
Schedule
• 6:45 PM - Introductions
• 6:50 PM - Get into groups and start the tutorial
• 8:30 PM - Pack up
** Please try to arrive on time, so we can maximise coding time for everyone :)

SETUP
You will need a laptop for this session
> Laptop setup (Mac/Unix/Linux)

Ruby: Please install Ruby before the session (head over to http://installrails.com (http://installrails.com/) and install only the Ruby section)

Text Editor/IDE - Sublime, Atom, TextMate, RubyMine or Visual Studio Code ( http://code.visualstudio.com/ ) should be fine
