Yolanie is a seasoned talent strategist, with expertise in building diverse and happy teams.
She got her start learning to code as a new migrant finding her feet in Australia, and like a lot of people, fell in love pretty quickly with the tech industry. She’s solved complex hiring challenges for both product and consulting organisations, at various levels of maturity from startup to large enterprise, and has recruited hundreds of roles across multiple tech stacks in Engineering, Product, Digital/Creative, and Sales.
After observing the challenges of balancing her dedication to her corporate career with the nuances of motherhood, she decided it was finally time to bring her long-time dream of entrepreneurship into reality. Her business, Mosaic Talent Advisory, connects outstanding talent with the most compelling opportunities in the country, and partners with employers to foster a deep and clear understanding of what it takes to attract and retain underrepresented talent, with a mission to meaningfully transform the future of tech.

Devika is a talent acquisition coordinator at Slalom and is very new to the technology world. She did her bachelors in psychology and was always curious about organisational psychology and fell into recruitment. She found Slalom by 'stalking' them on LinkedIn (hence why recruiting suits her ;) ) and thought their culture looked fun and sent in her CV! Her role includes connecting and finding the best talent for the best work! She's also super passionate about creating content and showcasing Slalom's brand in fun ways so you'll see her making tiktoks and clicking pictures on her analog camera at events. When she's not at work, she's out and about hiking or bike-packing in the mountains <3

Kruti has more than 15 years of experience in software development and has managed development teams at various product companies. She is currently Director of software engineering at Slalom Build. She is also a founder of "YoungCodersAU” a not-for-profit organisation. She is passionate about increasing the number of women in technology as well as teaching our younger generation coding to increase their interest in technology, hence she started "YoungCodersAU”. With this initiative she aims to share her knowledge and expertise within the community & beyond. Her track record in delivering engaging tech talks and workshops include Pause Festival, Future Assembly and Google Developers meetup just to name a few. Along with technology she is passionate about lifting weights and sports in her free time.
