Shauna Gerrand
Position: Group Director - People & Culture
Shaun is a people + culture diehard and has worked across a wide variety of industries including tech, media, construction and professional services. Her role at Art Processors involves empowering the efforts of our generous People + Culture team to continually adapt and improve the many excellent benefits and policies we have that support the experience of our employees. Shaun’s passionate about diversity and inclusion, and ensuring equal opportunities and an equivalent experience for all who are keen to progress a career in tech. Rachael Jayne
Position: Lead Android Engineer
Over the past 20+ years, Rachael has worked in the UK and Australia across a large range of industries including retail, travel, government, fintech, music tech, health tech and now experience tech! Her roles have specialised in databases, back-end, front-end and mobile development. Rachael has a passion for introducing girls into the tech space, loving to share her interest working in the field. She would love to answer any IT role questions that you may have.
