PANELISTS

== Caitlyn DeFluri, Technical Recruiting @ Stripe ==
Caitlyn has worked in recruiting for 7 years and recently joined Stripe back in May 2021. She has a passion for connection — whether that’s building meaningful relationships with other Stripes or connecting with potential new team members to help them find the job of their dreams. Caitlyn is currently a community organizer for the remote chapter of Equate, Stripe's employee resource group for women and non-binary folks. Prior to Stripe, she helped co-found the first women-led resource group at a former company and also was the co-director for the Philadelphia chapter of a national non-profit, ChickTech.

== Kristin Everham, Software Engineer @ Comcast ==
Kristin has worked in the tech industry for 7 years, starting as an entry-level web developer, moving to a team leader and senior developer, and now working as a Software Engineer. She has experience in ecommerce and has previously worked at WebLinc and URBN, leading projects and features at both. She's focused her career on the front-end side of engineering.

== Shannon Morales, CEO @ Tribaja ==
After experiencing unconscious bias in the workplace, Shannon set out to find ways to connect with more fulfilling careers. Her journey brought her to tech where she now helps other career changers land meaningful opportunities. Tribaja is currently thousands of members across the globe who have felt under supported in their transition to a new career in technology.

== Jessi Wilcox, VP of Impact @ LaunchCode ==
As a first-gen college grad, Jessi's experiences in the computer science department fueled her passion for equity in education and tech. Her career started in the K-12 space as a coding instructor for programs that exposed girls to tech and as a College Access Counselor. Jessi joined LaunchCode as Venture for America Fellow in 2018 and now as LaunchCode's VP of Impact, Jessi helps to design education programs to make pursuing tech careers more accessible. Jessi has become an experienced advisor, recruiter, mentor and relationship builder for under-resourced and underestimated populations in secondary and post-secondary spaces.
