Shipra Aggarwal, Development Manager at Walgreens
Shipra completed a BS in Computer Engineering in 1997 and MS in 2003. She has around 17 years of experience in the IT industry in different technologies and domains. Currently, she is the development manager for the Find care program at Walgreens.
Sheida Gohari, Director of Data Science at Walgreens
Sheida Gohari works with WBA as the Director of Data Science in the US, focusing on leading the product efforts on machine learning models recognizing customer sentiments as part of enhancing customer satisfaction. She is an experienced data scientist with a passion for solving real-world business challenges using data analytics and proficient in deploying ML/DL and statistical modeling algorithms/techniques to identify patterns and valuable insights for organizational leadership. She earned her Ph.D. degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering at SUNY Binghamton University. She enjoys painting and pottering as well as Swimming as her hobby.
