Turning the Barrier of Imposter Syndrome into a Platform of Potential
Livvy Hollyer, Software Engineer
โ€œMaybe I shouldnโ€™t present this, Iโ€™m sure there are experts who are better suited for this topic.โ€ This thought is what drove me to want to talk about Imposter Syndrome. I want to inspire all at Women Who Go to discuss this topic openly. Through talking about my experiences, I want my words to be a trampoline that inspires women to surpass the boundaries on what we thought we could achieve

Redundancy and the new Opportunity
Daniel Grant, Engineering Manager
We're facing the biggest redundancy surge in a decade. As a line manager, I'd like to share my experience of going through the redundancy process. Both direct reports and myself went through the process.
What did I do to keep my mental health above sea level? Having opted for volunteer redundancy, why did I make this choice?
