What we’re about

Hello fellow ADHD & PMDD sister. That's specific, I know.. If you have both, you will know that we really need a group that specifically understand what it's like to not be functional half the month, and be challenged the rest of it.

Having both ADHD and PMDD is hard for sure, but it also turns us into some strong assed people, and if we put all of our collective intelligence and strength together, I believe there will be no issues we wont be able to help each other solve.

This support circle group is a place for us to meet each week, and support each other through the struggle. We can help each other brainstorm, and have a safe space to vent where we actually feel understood by other women who know how hard it is to live our lives.

The events will be structured as a circle, and each of us will have the stage to just share and if you want feedback or advice you can request it. But you can also just come and listen and hold loving space for the group.

What makes the PMDD struggle hardest is not feeling understood, and feeling alone in it. This is my attempt of recreating online, what women in some parts of the world were very lucky to have had. They had a temple in the center of their town that was off limits for men, where women for around 10 days around their cycle would gather, and hang out and share advice and just be in community. That in itself I believe will be greatly healing for us.
