About us

Welcome to Women without Kids – NH!
We’re a community of women in New Hampshire who don’t have children—whether by choice, by circumstance, or because we’re still deciding. If you’re currently living life without kids and seeking connection with others who get it, you’re in the right place.
Our primary purpose is social: to make meaningful connections, build friendships, and have fun together. We host inclusive, engaging events that spark laughter and foster a sense of belonging.

About 1 in 5 women never become mothers, yet our stories are often overlooked. We recognize the unique joys and challenges of being a non-parent in a culture that often equates womanhood with motherhood. This group exists to share experiences, create connection, and build a vibrant community where we feel seen, supported, and valued.

We honor the full spectrum of non-parenting experiences. Whether you’re childfree, childless, or still exploring your path, you’re welcome here. We look forward to connecting with you!

Please note to help create a safe space and aid in organizer administration, all individuals must have a profile with a clear picture of themselves and their name, otherwise will not be admitted.

Join us for a private yoga session at Joy Wellness on Sunday 6/28 from 2-3:30pm
The studio is located in Salem Market Place Plaza. 224 North Broadway, Salem NH
If you've not been before, studio is on the second floor, use the building entrance closest to the road.

This class is $30 and must be paid at time of rsvp/registration. No refunds. Please give yourself time to park and get set up (especially if you've not been to this location before) to ensure a prompt 2pm start time.

Parking:
There is plenty of free parking available.

Things to bring:
Water, yoga mat, and any yoga supplies you need. However, there are mats, bolster, blocks, and blankets available in the studio.

Note this class is not available to the public as it is a private session.

Class Description: Step Into Your Power Flow

A 90-minute solar plexus-centered practice designed to cultivate confidence, balance, and self trust through intentional movement and breathwork.

Together, we’ll explore the balance between feminine and masculine energy. The dance between softness and strength. Expect to leave feeling grounded, empowered, and deeply connected to yourself. Perfect for women seeking empowerment, clarity, and embodied energy.

Our Instructor: Andrea Escobar
Andrea discovered yoga In 2018 and immediately she fell in love with the practice as she found it to be a powerful way to process and deeply connect with herself. What began as a personal practice quickly became a grounding force in her life.

In 2021, Andrea completed her training in Hatha yoga, later continuing her studies to become a 500-hour registered yoga teacher with additional training in Vinyasa. Her teaching blends intentional movement, creativity, mindfulness, and strength, offering students an experience that feels both empowering and accessible.

Andrea’s classes are playful, dynamic, and thoughtfully paced, encouraging students to move with awareness while cultivating a deeper connection between mind and body. She approaches teaching as an opportunity to share a practice that has brought her immense personal growth, balance, and presence.

Outside the studio, Andrea enjoys painting, traveling, learning piano, exploring wellness, and immersing herself in the arts. She is passionate about helping others slow down, reconnect to the present moment, and find grounding through movement and breath.
