This class is generously being offered at no cost to kick off the beach yoga season. (Usually $20). I recommend you give yourself time to park and get set up ahead of the 9am start time.

Parking:
Free Parking at Blue Ocean Event Center parking lot for morning classes. Tell lot attendant you're attending GroundSwell yoga.
OR
Use the metered parking on street or in the municipal lot. I usually park in the James Hunt Memorial Lot 380 Beach Rd, Salisbury, MA 01952. There is a restroom facility along side the lot and is less than a 5 minute walk to get to the beach.

Things to bring:
Water, beach towel (Turkish or Sand Clouds are great) or yoga mat, a sweatshirt.

Note this class is available to the public (individuals outside our group's demographic will attend). Also not sure how much socializing we will get to do. I'm happy to grab a drink or snack at the cafe afterwards and chat for a bit if we haven't had a chance to meet yet (or if we have and you want to be social). 🙂
