Women4Cyber Denmark General Assembly

Dear all,

Women4Cyber Denmark hereby summons for the General Assembly 2025. It will take place 01-05-2025 at the WithSecure Copenhagen office at Rued Langgaards Vej 8 (2nd Floor), 2300 København S. from 17.30 to 19.00. The General Assembly will be followed by a social event from 19.00 to 20.30 with snacks and drinks.

Agenda

1. Welcome (Bianca) - Election of conductor, minute keeper, vote counters
2. Board Report (Bianca) - The year in words
3. Financial Report (Bianca) - An overview of the year’s financial accounting is presented and approved
4. Approval of budget - The budget for the coming year is presented and approved
5. Board Election - Election of the board & Cashier
6. Proposals - 1 submitted
7. Open discussion

This is your chance to influence the work of the association, submit proposals for processing be the general assembly and to elect new board members to replace board member rotating out.

Please note that you must submit proposal for processing and voting by the general assembly on the 23rd April at midnight. Proposals should be sent to contact@women4cyber.dk. Please note that you must attend the general assembly to have your proposal processed.
