Your instructor
Deneen Bowen is an RYT 200 Yoga Instructor. She has been practicing various styles of yoga for over 20 years and loves teaching classes that focus on alignment and strength by linking movement and breath. In addition, Deneen incorporates brain-based, trauma-informed strategies from her work as a Positive Discipline educator for families and schools.
