🎤 About Anthony Verlaine:
Anthony Verlaine, also known as the “French Adventurer,” has explored over 115 countries through self-powered expeditions. He’s the author of Aventures autour du monde (Lonely Planet), where he recounts 50 raw and remarkable journeys—from paddling 3,000 km across the Yukon River to walking through Jordan’s Wadi Rum.
Through his survival camps and cold plunge sessions, Anthony helps women face fears, reclaim confidence, and transform limitation into empowerment. Whether on his “Heaven Island” retreat or through his mindset teachings, during survival training, he shows that with the right attitude and consistent behavior, any woman can create the dream she wants—no matter her size, background, or past. His TED talk and work on Instagram (100 000 followers) echo a single truth: mindset is power, and transformation is always possible.
Anthony also created one of the first fashion label to create clothes out of recycled plastic bottles a decade ago, modeled for many brands and is expedition ambassador of the extrem for many sports brands. Anthony has lived a 1000 life from the catwalk to desert after he dared the impossible to leave everything and live with nothing.
