WHO ARE WE?
Together, Fanny Norlin and Kim Gajraj offer a rare and potent fusion of seasoned management experience, feminine leadership mastery, and artistic brilliance — creating an approach to power that gives female leaders an enormous advantage in the digital, AI-driven era.
Fanny is the creator of Lifeforce Leadership, an embodied approach to leadership and business development that integrates feminine and masculine power for success in the digital age. With over a decade of experience in progressive leadership and organizational development — including senior management in a billion-SEK company — she now guides leaders and organizations into their authentic aliveness and power.
Kim left her corporate leadership role in 2019 to focus on two main threads of coaching and artistry. Using her background in classical vocal training, somatic and trauma-informed practices and years of facilitation, she has developed a unique method where a woman’s full self-expression and unique leadership style can be accessed through rewiring her nervous system and unlocking her creative potential. Kim uses this method in her own life and has written dozens of songs, performing them on stages she commands with ease.
Together, they create a space where leadership is embodied and women lead from deep intuition, fierce truth and playful presence.
