After an extended summer break, we will continue our Women And Code Meetup series with these amazing speakers:

  A beginner-friendly introduction to event-driven architecture and Apache Kafka, with a practical demo showing core concepts, why they matter and where Kafka Streams fit in.
• Eugenie Mireille Bebon, developer and DevOps engineer at Post
  talk: "The Path Of Change vs The Trap Of Complexity. How DevOps Choices Impact Future Growth"
  When complexity sneaks into our tools or configurations, delivery slows down and developers get frustrated. This talk shows how keeping things simple from the start speeds up delivery and makes future change easier
• Manel Sghaier, Manel Sghaier is a Frontend Developer at Austrian Post with 5+ years of experience and a background in Electrical Engineering. Based in Austria, she blends creativity and code — as a developer, self-published poet, and even a film extra.
  Her talk "Accessibility for Developers: The 80/20 Guide" is about making accessibility approachable and actionable for frontend developers. Instead of chasing perfection or memorizing the WCAG spec, we’ll focus on a handful of high-impact habits and tools that you can start using right away to make your apps more inclusive — without blowing up your roadmap.
