Dear wonderful Women 🌸
As we move past the Autumn Equinox, nature reminds us of the beauty in change. Leaves fall, blossoms fade, branches grow gnarled with time, and yet all of this surrender carries deep purpose. What lets go becomes nourishment, making space for new life to arise. How about we do the same?
This time we will focus on a theme we started last circle, and gently explore what it means to release through forgiveness - of ourselves, of others, of the stories we carry. Forgiveness is not forgetting, but softening; it is a gift we receive through the practice of compassion ("feeling with an-other") - it lightens what feels heavy and opens us to deeper connection.
Together, we will reflect on the dance of our relationships: who we are drawing closer, where we are invited to let go, and what forgiveness might free within us. Compassion becomes the medicine that eases anger and softens the need for justice, reminding us of our shared humanity.
Our time together will begin with a warm welcome and introduction round. From there, we’ll move into journaling to touch in with our own hearts, followed by a sharing round where we witness and support one another. At the end, you are invited to stay for an optional 30-minute Ho’oponopono meditation - a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.
You are welcome here exactly as you are. In this circle we are listening, witnessing, and supporting each other. We will remind each other and remember that release can be gentle, and that compassion is a doorway to freedom, healing, and new beginnings. 🌿✨
Our wish for this gathering is that you leave feeling lighter, more open-hearted, and deeply nourished by the wisdom of letting go.
With infinite love,
Rachel
