March, 1st - Awakening

It’s March — a time of new beginnings after a long winter. The days are growing longer, and nature is in the midst of its awakening: effortless, vibrant, continuous, and incredibly sexy!

Does the blossoming around you, the lengthening of the days, the first warmth of the sun on your bare skin begin to stir something within you - a soft remembering, a quiet excitement, a longing for what’s next? Do you feel ready to step into new adventures, new expressions of yourself… or do you notice hesitation, even intimidation, in the face of what this season seems to ask of you?

When women come together, something profound always unfolds: we fall apart, we re-create, and together we co-create. Each of us carries gifts, wisdom, and stories to share, and in the circle, these become a wellspring of connection, insight, and inspiration. There is deep power in witnessing one another, in being truly heard, and in discovering the strength that rises when we honour both our vulnerability and our courage.

I'm facilitating a sacred space with a guided meditation, journaling questions, and a sharing circle to gather ourselves at the start of March.
Whatever draws you to this circle, you are welcome here - come as you are. This is a judgment-free space where we hear, see, support, and uplift one another. This space where we show up for each other and in doing so, we show up for ourselves.

This circle is a gentle reminder to walk with awareness and harmony, a space to reconnect with our innermost selves from a place of love, free from fear, shame, judgment, or guilt

Our wish for this circle is for you to trust, soften, open your heart, and allow us to return to ourselves, together, and align with our natural frequency of love and sisterhood.
