Online Women's Circle: Seeds of Authenticity

I’m beyond excited to invite you to our online Women’s Circle, Seeds of Authenticity, as we prepare for what we would like to carry into the month of April. Thank you for taking this journey with me.

When women come together, something profound always unfolds: we fall apart, we re-create, and together we co-create. Each of us carries gifts, wisdom, and stories to share, and in the circle, these become a wellspring of connection, insight, and inspiration. There is deep power in witnessing one another, in being truly heard, and in discovering the strength that rises when we honour both our vulnerability and our courage.

I'm facilitating a sacred space with a guided meditation, journaling questions, and a sharing circle to gather ourselves at the start .
Whatever draws you to this circle, you are welcome here - come as you are. This is a judgment-free space where we hear, see, support, and uplift one another. This space where we show up for each other and in doing so, we show up for ourselves.

This circle is a gentle reminder to walk with awareness and harmony, a space to reconnect with our innermost selves from a place of love, free from fear, shame, judgment, or guilt

Our wish for this circle is for you to trust, soften, open your heart, and allow us to return to ourselves, together, and align with our natural frequency of love and sisterhood.
