What we’re about
This is a group for women interested in Android and related technologies. This is a private, invite-only group. Women of all skill levels are welcome to join and participate in the group.
The reason for this meet-up group is three-fold.
1. There is lack of female role-models in our lives. There are exceptionally talented and inspiring women who are doing an incredible job in their Android careers. So where do we connect with them?
2. Tech industry can be a daunting and unwelcoming experience as a woman or a minority. How do we get past the fears and reach out for help?
3. We want to learn from others to grow in our careers but we want a safe-space to learn. Where do I find it?
Our objective is simple. To provide a safe space "for" women which is created "by" women and comprises "of" women only.
