Sauna & Integration
We move into the saunas (and cold plunges for the brave ones 🧊), where your body gets something it rarely receives in modern life: beneficial light and deep nervous system relaxation.

Infrared waves and heat support circulation, ease tension, and help the body shift into a deeper state of recovery and rest.

This is also where the best conversations happen: all wrapped up in towels.

How it works: You'll receive the photos in an online gallery after the shoot and can select three favorites. If you decide to keep more photos, you can add as many as you want.
