Has been working in the blockchain space for 3 years. Used to work in public affairs and communications with a background in Politics, Arts & Culture.
Fauve is the community director and head of operations at State of the DApps, she’s grown in the company over the years as well as growing in blockchain knowledge. It is a fast paced environment working with new technologies, how has her experience has been and her personal take on DApps. Her background has always been around building communities, online and offline. She’s worked for many years in the arts & culture, to then move to politics, and now new technologies.

Kelly Simer Abdelmagid, Test Engineer

Kelly is currently a Release Manager and Test Engineer at the Brooklyn company, BlockApps, which provides a Blockchain as a Service platform for large enterprises. Kelly holds a JD from the University of Illinois and a BA in Economics from Arizona State University. Five years ago, she transitioned to a career in software engineering (focusing on QA) after a career in legal and compliance work. She has focused on blockchain-related work for the past two years, and is excited about the evolution of blockchain applications into working solutions. Outside of the blockchain world, Kelly enjoys gardening, traveling, swimming and hanging out with her puppy.

Alice Henshaw, Blockchain Engineer at Fluidity

Alice is Blockchain Engineer at Fluidity focusing on Smart Contract and a history of working in tokenization and finance.
Previously she was Solidity Engineer for Token Foundry and Digital Engineer at Deloitte Digital where she developed a platform utilising the full-stack on Deloitte’s largest technology project, focussing on load-speed of pages and stress testing. Enabled the client to process nearly £1 billion GBP of orders over the course of Black Friday weekend without any downtime or lag.
Alice mentors startups looking to build out blockchain solutions for their businesses and educates on smart contract development, focussing on gas reduction, on-chain security, and how to evaluate what should be stored on- or off-chain.
