"How does social identity guide women to become great leaders or quite the opposite?"

We will explore social identity and how it guides one to develop “sense of self”.

We will focus on avoiding the destructive characteristics of stereotyping and misinformation that may affect one’s leadership capabilities, create challenges, and lead to unethical behavior.

We will learn that using one’s social Identity to develop a sense of self is a better choice than falling victim to other’s perceptions.
