Each year around Equal Pay Day, Carolina Women+ in Tech (CWIT) brings our community together to tackle confidence, career growth, education, and equality for women+.
In 2026, we’re zooming in on AI and innovation—and how they can either accelerate equity or unintentionally reinforce bias. From hiring and promotions to pay transparency and workplace culture, AI is already shaping decisions that impact opportunity. When we understand how these tools work (and how to influence them), we build the confidence to advocate for ourselves, ask better questions, and lead with impact.
Join us for an AI & Innovation panel, networking, and vendors—plus practical takeaways you can apply right away to strengthen your confidence muscle and help create more equitable outcomes in tech.

## Jada Lambert

### Senior Business Program Manager at Microsoft

Jada Lambert is a Senior Business Program Manager at Microsoft, where she drives strategic initiatives at the intersection of innovation, operational excellence, and technology adoption. She currently supports Microsoft’s AI Transformation Organization, translating human signals into strategies, experiences, and metrics that guide AI-driven change for employees across the company.
With a background spanning consulting, project management, and internal operations, Jada brings a dual lens to AI and innovation: one grounded in execution, and one focused on building systems, tools, and rhythms that actually stick and drive transformation. Her work centers on bringing clarity to ambiguity – connecting dots across teams, shaping executive communications, and designing scalable governance models that keep people at the center of change.
Jada holds an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is passionate about mentorship, non-technical careers in tech, personal branding, and using AI to simplify everyday work.

Sudati Nadam is an accomplished technology executive with 25+ years of leadership across financial services, including Investment Banking, Insurance, and Credit Card domains. She has deep expertise in digital product strategy, program management, and technology transformation, leading global teams for prominent companies viz., TIAA, Marsh & McLennan, American Express and Deutsche Bank.

## Shaniqua Corley-Moore

Shaniqua leads national initiatives to strengthen rural tech ecosystems through workforce development, digital skilling, and AI readiness. She collaborates with community leaders, training providers, employers, and philanthropy partners to co-design pathways that connect rural talent to high-quality technology careers. She also serves on multiple boards, including the Rural Professional Learning Network (RPLN).
Prior to CORI, Shaniqua served as Director of Instructional Technology at Winthrop University, where she led technology integration, faculty development, and student innovation initiatives, including STEM and coding camps for K–12 learners. Earlier in her career, she spent over ten years in K–12 education sector as a teacher and STEAM coach. She has presented at multiple conferences statewide and nationally on workforce development, educational technology, STEM, and inclusive innovation.
Shaniqua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Winthrop University, as well as an Education Specialist degree in Educational Technology with a focus on STEM studies from Walden University. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), with a focus on leadership and building sustainable, cross-sector partnerships that strengthen rural workforce pathways.

Caitlin Castevens is a fractional growth and systems strategist who helps leaders and teams move from reactive execution to aligned momentum.
With over a decade of experience across growth strategy, operations, and client delivery, Caitlin works with founders, agency leaders, and executive teams when growth has outpaced clarity — and systems, priorities, and people need realignment. Her work sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, operational design, and decision-ready systems, helping organizations scale without burning out their leaders or teams.
Caitlin is known for bringing calm and structure to complex environments. She has led and supported high-impact initiatives across revenue operations, HubSpot implementations, and cross-functional delivery, helping teams restore trust in their systems and regain focus on what actually drives results.
Caitlin teaches leaders how to reduce reactivity, simplify execution, and build momentum that lasts. Her approach is practical, grounded, and deeply informed by real-world experience navigating growth, transition, and change.
