The Not-So-Formal Formal Afternoon Tea
Details
Dust off your doilies (or just your sense of fun) and join us for a delightful not-so-formal formal afternoon tea—Magnificent Women-style!
Yes, we're already thinking ahead to the cold winter afternoons that await us in February and planning an event that will make winter feel far, far away as we enjoy a cozy tea party together.
We’ll hark back to a time when ladies sipped tea from delicate cups, nibbled on dainty finger sandwiches, and wore fabulous hats just because they could.
* No need to dress up—unless you want to!
* Fancy a hat? The cheekier, the better.
* Want to bring a dish? Think vintage tea fare: cucumber sandwiches, mini scones, petit fours, or anything (made or bought, dahling, don't ruin your manicure!) that would impress the cast of The Great British Bake Off.
* Tea will be provided.
This event is graciously and glamorously served by Magnificent Hostess Rebecca at her home in Staunton (address to be provided to attendees the week of the event).
It’s a celebration of friendship, femininity, and fun—with a tip of the hat to tea parties past.
