Art-full members are invited to join us on Saturday, October 25th for a refreshing escape from the city as we head to charming Irvington-on-Hudson. This picturesque town along the Hudson River is the perfect setting for a day filled with art, history, and community.

After a short 50 min ride from Grand Central, we’ll start with a delicious riverside brunch at Red Hat on the River, a beloved restaurant known for its seasonal cuisine and stunning waterfront views.

From there, we’ll journey to one of the most enchanting and architecturally unique homes in America — the Armour–Stiner Octagon House. This whimsical, fully domed octagonal residence is unlike anything else in the world. Often described as a real-life fairy-tale house, it’s brimming with history, artistry, and secrets.

On the seasonal Myths & Mysteries Tour, we’ll uncover the fascinating stories behind its design, its symbolism, and the many legends woven into its walls. It’s a rare opportunity to step inside a National Historic Landmark that very few get to explore in such depth.

10:40am | Meet at Grand central for the 10:53am train (arriving at Irvington at 11:38pm)

11:45am | Brunch at Red Hat on the River

2:30pm | Myths & Mysteries seasonal tour at the Armour-Stiner

4:22pm | train back to Grand Central, arriving at 5:19pm

• All tickets include the entrance fees & guided tours at the Stiner, plus 1 brunch entree + 1 simple non-alcoholic beverage at Red Hat - all other food/drink must be ordered and paid for at the restaurant
• You will need to purchase your own MetroNorth ticket either in-person at Grand Central or via the MTA Traintime app - roundtrip off-peak tickets are $9.75/person if purchased in advance.
