CFFC annual picnic

The day begins at 10 am. The festivities conclude at 3 pm.

Open to everyone, not just club members, must buy ticket to participate in auctions, raffles and food.

The 2025 Carolina Fly Fishing Club Annual Picnic is a highly anticipated event that offers a variety of activities for participants to enjoy. The picnic will feature a potluck with hot dogs and hamburgers. Bring your favorite side dish or dessert.

In addition to the lunch, there will be raffles and silent auctions that offer a chance to win some fantastic prizes.

Michael Helms will be providing casting games that will be open to all participants. These games offer a fun way to hone your casting skills and compete against others. Additionally, prizes will be awarded to the best overall performers and several runners-up. Bring your rod, some poppers, and fish in the pond!

For those interested in fly tying, there will also be a clinic held by Bill Jewett in the classroom. This clinic will give participants the chance to learn how to tie an “ugly” fly and earn a door prize.
