Details

This group is for women who struggle with their mental health, and who perhaps cannot afford private counselling. The group is led by Hanli Schmidt, a Women's Mental Health Coach with years of experience. Groups are limited to 10 spaces to ensure that all participants get sufficient time to share their mental health concerns. Sessions last 1.5 hours. The space is confidential and non-judgemental. Participants will be met with warmth and empathy, and will be offered mental health advice and support.

Sessions will have this typical structure:
Check in - individual participants update the group on how they are feeling emotionally on this day
Sharing - participants can share what is going on for them in terms of their struggles and challenges. During this time advice and support will be offered.
Check out - individual participants update the group on how they are feeling at the end of the session
