Even when we have spent years getting to know ourselves, there can still be a part of us that is rushing ahead, fixated on what is not working, searching for the next insight, or believing there is something more we need to do to feel at ease. We can understand the importance of slowing down to feel what's here, and still find it difficult to truly settle into ourselves.

This is an invitation to practice receiving.

Through a gentle, guided somatic practice, inner inquiry, and journaling, we will explore what becomes available when we soften our efforts to make something happen and begin listening to the wisdom of our inner world. What happens when we no longer need to fix, figure out, or improve ourselves for a moment? What might we discover when we allow ourselves to be met by the ground beneath us, the movement of our breath, and the simple sensations of being alive?

Together, we will make space to reconnect with the resources already present within and around us. We will practice resting without needing to earn it, listening without immediately searching for answers, and allowing ourselves to receive nourishment without turning it into another thing to accomplish.

This gathering is for women who have spent time tending to their inner worlds and are longing to bring that understanding more fully into their lived experience. Women who want to feel more at home in their bodies, more spacious in their minds, and more available to pleasure and the unexpected abundance of being here.

Come as you are.
