This month, we're reading Prophet Song by Paul Lynch.

Winner of the 2023 Booker Prize, Prophet Song is an Irish dystopian novel. As the government turns on its people, a mother must make impossible choices as she fights for her family's safety. Reviews are calling it exhilarating, shocking, harrowing, even terrifying. It's "a crucial book for our current times" as per the Observer.

I think this one will be dark. But I'm intrigued. Looking forward to the discussion!
