Written by the author of 10 Minutes 38 Seconds in This Strange World, a past favorite book club book of ours, There Are Rivers in the Sky traces the stories of 3 people living in 3 different time periods connected by 1 drop of water and 2 rivers. It was released in 2025 and won the Gordon Bowker Prize, topped the inaugural Good Housekeeping Good Books list, and was a finalist for the Orwell Prize for Political Fiction. And just like 10 Minutes 38 Seconds, it is lauded for evocative storytelling and beautiful prose.
